Community Engagement Specialist

The Community Engagement Specialist supports the Development Team by implementing and creating components for fundraising, community outreach, and volunteer services. This role involves coordinating outreach events, managing volunteer recruitment and training, and securing in-kind donations to support Mercy House's mission. The position requires building strong relationships with community partners, congregations, and local organizations to advance the shelter's fundraising plan.
