Community Habilitation Assistant Manager

The Community Habilitation Assistant Manager supports the Community Habilitation Program Manager in ensuring appropriate staff coverage and assignments to maintain a safe environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves developing staff action plans, providing ongoing supervision to Community Habilitation Counselors, and assisting in the preparation of goal plans. This position requires a strong understanding of OPWDD regulations and the ability to work directly with individuals on a one-to-one basis.
