About this role
Community Habilitation Direct Support staff provide one-to-one supports to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in home and community settings, helping ensure their health, safety, and participation in daily and recreational activities. The role supports implementation of person-centered plans and therapeutic approaches while following agency policies and required trainings. Schedules include full- and part-time weekday and weekend shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
