Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Program Supervisor

The Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Program Supervisor leads the Unified Government Public Health Department’s efforts in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Wyandotte County CHIP. This role supervises the Violence Prevention and Substance Misuse Coordinators and ensures operations comply with policies and procedures. The position requires fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders to address social determinants of health and securing funding for CHIP priorities. It is a grant-funded role renewed annually through a partnership with a local health foundation.
