About this role
The Community Health Worker supports the CHAMPION pediatric program within Mass General Brigham, collaborating with MassGeneral Hospital for Children and the Department of General Internal Medicine Population Health Management teams. The role focuses on engaging diverse families in a research study comparing telehealth and in-person interventions to improve child BMI and asthma outcomes and contributes to program quality improvement. This grant-funded position is based at MGH Chelsea and Revere HealthCare Centers and follows a hybrid schedule.
