Community Health Worker

The Community Health Worker will engage directly with underserved populations in Boulder County, providing mental health education and connecting individuals to behavioral health services. Reporting to the Community Outreach Manager, the role involves building trusted relationships based on shared experiences and addressing barriers to care. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and lived experience in the behavioral health system, with occasional nights and weekends work.
