Community Health Worker

The Community Health Worker supports pregnant women, infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families by connecting them to physical and oral health care services. This role promotes healthy pregnancies, child development, and family well-being while ensuring compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and Wisconsin’s Group Child Care Licensing Rule. The position involves coordinating health services, building community partnerships, and providing education and resources to families and staff.
