About this role
The Community Investments and Partnerships (CIP) Regional Lead develops and oversees regional CIP strategy to ensure alignment with enterprise policy, regional priorities, and applicable regulations. The role builds and sustains relationships with community organizations, governmental officials, brokers, and providers to advance health equity and the health plan mission. The position also coordinates enterprise community touchpoints and supports employee community engagement across the region.
