Eden is seeking a Community Job Coach to provide support, job coaching, and oversight to adults with autism in community-based employment settings and Eden’s employment centers. The role focuses on promoting independence by eventually fading the job coach out, with a Monday-Friday schedule based in Hamilton, NJ. The position includes two weeks of paid training covering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods, Professional Crisis Management (PCM), and CPR.

Responsibilities

Provide job coaching and oversight to adults with autism in community-based employment settings
Implement teaching and behavior support programs while maintaining participant data
Transport participants to work sites and ensure vehicle cleanliness and organization
