Community Lead

This hands-on Community Lead role reports directly to the General Manager at an early-stage ambient AI startup, owning the community end-to-end to build a conversion funnel from everyday users to passionate evangelists. The position focuses on closing the loop between community signals and the product roadmap while fostering engagement across various digital platforms. It involves designing advocacy mechanics, mobilizing users for key moments, and translating feedback into actionable product insights. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to align community efforts with broader business goals.
