Community Liaison Officer

The Community Liaison Officer serves as the primary point of contact between the Rulikha & Verkh–Uba Exploration Project, local communities, and local authorities in the East Kazakhstan Region. This role focuses on implementing stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring communities understand project operations, and proactively addressing concerns to prevent conflicts. The position requires managing communication channels, handling grievances, and maintaining constructive relationships with residents and government officials.
