Community Liaison

The Community Liaison partners with administration to build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and community partners, facilitating beneficial referral practices for the hospital, behavioral health unit, and physician practices. The role involves providing updates on organizational initiatives, quality scores, and marketing strategies while developing and expanding provider relationships through marketing, public relations, and customer service. Additionally, the liaison facilitates education, intervention, and continuity of care with providers, families, and caretakers in the community, offering assessment and support for behavioral health needs.
