Community Living Coach/DSP

Bridgeway is seeking a Community Living Coach/Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental, intellectual, and psychiatric disabilities in leading active lives within the community. The role involves assisting consumers with daily independent living skills, promoting social and leisure activities, and fostering supportive relationships to aid in recovery and community reintegration. This position operates under the direction of the Community Housing Coordinator and requires effective communication and an understanding of emotional and social needs.
