Community Living Supervisor

The Community Living Supervisor coordinates the daily operations of assigned Community Homes, supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving independence and personal fulfillment. This role involves collaborating with individuals, families, and team members to develop personalized support plans and ensure compliance with organizational policies. The position also includes coaching staff, managing schedules, and serving as the on-call contact on a rotating basis.
