Community Living Support (Mobile)

Wellvance is seeking a Community Living Support professional to assist individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and serious emotional disturbance in building skills and gaining independence. The role involves supporting clients based on their person-centered plans, teaching daily living skills, and facilitating community inclusion.
