Community Manager

The Community Manager is responsible for the overall fiscal accountability, marketing, regulatory compliance, and physical asset management of assigned tax credit or Section 8 communities. This role involves supervising onsite staff, managing leasing and collections, and ensuring adherence to HUD, IRS, and Fair Housing regulations. The position requires acting as a management representative for property owners and regulatory agencies while maintaining high standards of customer service and property operations.
