Community Manager

The Community Manager oversees the daily operations and financial performance of the affordable apartment community, Platform Lofts, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive living environment for residents. This role involves maximizing cash flow, achieving budgeted NOI, and managing all aspects of property operations under the direction of the Regional Property Manager. The position requires establishing a productive team environment and maintaining compliance with fair housing and tax regulations.
