Community Manager

The Community Manager is responsible for the overall fiscal accountability, marketing, regulatory compliance, and physical asset management of assigned affordable housing communities. This role involves supervising onsite staff, managing leasing and collections, and ensuring adherence to HUD, LIHTC, and other regulatory guidelines. The position serves as the management representative for property owners and regulatory agencies while maintaining high standards of customer service and property operations.
