Community Manager

The Community Manager assists the Community Director with the overall operation of a military housing property to ensure customer satisfaction and site-level leadership. This role involves supervising staff, managing financial processes such as rent collection and delinquencies, and handling leasing operations including move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. The position requires ensuring property compliance, safety, and resident relations while assuming operational responsibilities in the absence of the Community Director.
