Community Manager

The Community Manager assists the Community Director with the overall operation of the property to ensure customer satisfaction and site-level leadership. This position involves supervising staff, managing financial processes such as rent collection and delinquencies, and handling resident relations and lease administration. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining property safety, and assuming operational responsibility in the absence of the Community Director.
