Community Mortgage Loan Officer

The Community Mortgage Loan Officer builds and maintains a network of community organizations, realtors, and government agencies to generate mortgage referral opportunities with emphasis on CRA, low-and moderate-income, multicultural, and first-time homebuyer segments. The role requires deep knowledge of the local affordable housing market and assistance programs to provide mortgage guidance and solutions to underserved customers. The position supports mortgage application intake and works to meet originations targets within the assigned territory.
