The Community Operations Specialist supports RiskStream Collaborative's community engagement and customer-facing operations by collaborating with Operations, Products, and Sales teams to drive consortium participation and retention. The role involves program and project management across business development, governance, finance, and events while serving as a liaison between business units. This position focuses on industry engagement to ensure member and non-member organizations remain actively involved with RiskStream offerings.
