Community Outreach Coordinator- Bilingual

All In Energy is seeking a bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator to drive campaigns connecting underserved residents with clean energy programs and affordable technologies. This temporary role involves 70% of the time managing partnerships, coordinating outreach events, and supporting team operations, while the remaining 30% is dedicated to technical training to prepare for a future career as an Energy Specialist. The position requires professional fluency in English and a priority language (Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Khmer, or Spanish) to effectively engage with diverse communities in Massachusetts.
