Community Outreach Coordinator

The Human Services Program Consultant II supports advisory committees and councils that advise the North Carolina Division of Mental Health on public mental health and disability services systems. This forward-facing role engages with community leaders, providers, and individuals with lived experience to develop strategic priorities and bridge gaps between service users and healthcare policies. The consultant will represent the department at community events, present initiatives to stakeholders, and provide critical feedback to agency leadership.
