Community Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator represents the program within the community and provides services to eligible clients, primarily by scheduling intake assessments and maintaining referral records. The role involves attending local community events, conducting rounds at hospitals and pediatrician offices, and coordinating community baby showers to promote program visibility. This position requires collaboration with community partners to build referral relationships and ensure HANDS services are continually promoted within the Louisville community.
