Community Outreach Officer

The Community Outreach Officer drives Encore Bank’s outreach efforts in underserved communities, promotes financial literacy, and ensures compliance with CRA and HMDA goals. The role focuses on increasing mortgage loan applications and originations, small business loans, and financial literacy initiatives in diverse communities. The incumbent represents the bank within local communities, particularly in Low-Moderate Income and Majority-Minority Census Tracts, while building relationships with community organizations.
