About this role
The Community Recovery Navigator supports adults facing substance use, mental health, housing, or domestic abuse challenges by providing tailored recovery guidance and coordinating access to services. Based in Barnsley with Waythrough, a large mental health and social support charity, the role contributes to improving individuals’ safety, health and independence. It focuses on delivering psychosocial interventions to adults (18+) and linking people with appropriate community and clinical resources.
