About this role

The Community Relations & Employee Engagement Advisor supports and implements community investment, sponsorship, and employee engagement strategies to advance business objectives and strengthen community relationships. This role serves as a key liaison between the company, community partners, and internal stakeholders to execute volunteer programs, charitable investments, and corporate sponsorships in the Houston region. The position involves planning engagement initiatives, managing communications, tracking metrics, and coordinating events to enhance employee pride and the company's social impact.

Responsibilities

Support management of community investment portfolio including charitable contributions and sponsorships
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and nonprofit organizations
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and volunteer activities
Draft employee communications and impact stories for internal and external channels
Track community relations metrics and prepare quarterly and annual reports

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, Marketing, or related field
