About this role
The Community Residence Counselor at McLean Hospital provides direct patient support in a community residential behavioral health setting, working under the supervision of nursing leadership. The role supports individuals with mental illness, substance use, or developmental disabilities to maintain daily living skills, attend appointments, and participate in therapeutic activities. This is a full-time, onsite position based at the 5 Old Cambridge Turnpike location.
