Community Resource Coordinator

The Community Resource Coordinator supports the resilience, well-being, and readiness of personnel and their families by integrating, coordinating, and maintaining community and family support programs. The role involves building peer-support networks, strengthening access to helping resources, conducting outreach, and fostering community capacity. This position requires data collection, needs assessment, program execution, and collaboration with leadership and multidisciplinary support teams.
