Community Resource Coordinator

The Community Resource Coordinator supports individuals, families, and the wider community by providing direct resource navigation, housing-related assistance, and educational programming. This role blends resource support with community education to increase awareness of key services while promoting agency resources and collaborating with partners to strengthen community engagement and housing stability. The position involves assisting clients with applications, conducting screenings, and maintaining current knowledge of available community resources. Additionally, the coordinator coordinates and delivers workshops and presentations related to aging services, Medicare information, emergency preparedness, wellness, and housing stability.
