Community Resource Specialist, Per Diem

About this role
The Resource Specialist for MGB Behavioral & Mental Health provides remote operational support across Mass General Brigham’s emergency departments, medical/surgical floors, and inpatient behavioral health units. Reporting to the Inpatient Program Manager, the role helps coordinate systemwide behavioral health initiatives to improve patient access and throughput and collaborates with the access team and stakeholders across the system. This is a per-diem position with hybrid work expectations.
