Community Safety Officer

The Community Safety Officer provides emergency medical responses to residents and staff while ensuring the general safety of the community, including residents, staff, guests, and property. The role involves patrolling buildings and grounds, monitoring resident welfare, and responding to medical, fire, life-safety, and security emergencies. Additional duties include handling minor maintenance calls, escorting residents, and controlling parking and building access.
