Center For Youth
The Community School Site Coordinator facilitates, implements, and manages community school activities, events, programs, and services to support healthy children, strong families, and thriving communities. The role involves partnering with schools, establishing community linkages, and engaging families and students in the community school strategy. This position also supports volunteer systems, data collection, and capacity-building initiatives to ensure successful program implementation.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
