Community Schools Coordinator

The Community Schools Coordinator implements and coordinates the California Community Schools Partnership Program to align community resources with school goals, improving scholar outcomes through integrated academics, health, and family engagement. This grant-funded role partners with community agencies, manages wraparound services, and fosters authentic family participation to support scholar well-being and academic success. The position reports to the school principal and works closely with the Alliance Home Office Equity Programs team.
