Community Schools Manager

The Community Schools Manager provides wrap-around and social service support to students and their families within the Tumwater School District. This role implements and manages a Community Schools model through school-and-community-based outreach, youth mentorship, and family case management. The position works collaboratively with school partners and local organizations to close opportunity gaps in education, health, and overall well-being for students and families.
