Community Services Supervisor

The Community Services Supervisor leads the Community Outreach & Services department at St. Mary's Center, overseeing staff who deliver programs for seniors, families, and individuals experiencing homelessness. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with grant and contract requirements, and coordinating strategic planning with the Director. The supervisor also provides direct support through case management, crisis intervention, and community partnerships to improve access to essential services.
