Community Social Worker, Co-Response

The Community Social Worker, Co-Response supports the City of Pittsburgh's Office of Community Health & Safety by responding to calls alongside police personnel to provide trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. This role focuses on engaging with community members experiencing behavioral health or social support needs, conducting needs assessments, and coordinating referrals to appropriate services.
