Community Support Specialist – Youth Services provides strength-based support to youth with mental health and substance use challenges across residential, school, workplace and community settings. The role focuses on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and maximizing community functioning. The position requires a four-year degree (or master’s in some cases) and relevant experience working with the served population, with evening/weekend hours and some travel between Taylorsville and Lenoir.
