This role provides a personalized blend of in-home and community-based support to help individuals maintain independence and pursue personal goals. The position requires driving to and from shifts using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement offered, in a non-residential setting. This is a full-time role with a daytime schedule (9am–7pm) serving a 30-mile radius.
