Community Support Worker (PRP)

This full-time, field-based role serves as a mentor and advocate for adults and youth, helping them develop life skills to manage mental health and achieve independence. The position involves 1-on-1 coaching in areas like financial management, job readiness, and social skills, while collaborating on individual rehabilitation plans. Community Support Workers also assist clients in accessing community resources and maintaining clinical documentation.
