Community Support Worker

MBI Health Services is seeking compassionate professionals to serve as Community Support Workers on a contract basis with the Adult Behavioral Health Division. This independent contractor role involves working one-on-one with adults living with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders to empower them to build life skills, access resources, and achieve greater independence. The position requires supporting clients in their homes and communities while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with external providers.
