Community Wellness Worker

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Community Wellness Worker develops and coordinates local programming to reduce family and community violence through culture-based healing strategies. The role involves implementing the Aboriginal Healing and Wellness Strategy by facilitating workshops, support groups, and community events specifically for Indigenous populations. This position requires strong advocacy and crisis intervention skills to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent trauma within families and communities.
