Company Secretary

This role involves taking day-to-day ownership of company secretarial administration and entity management for over 100 group entities across 60 jurisdictions, reporting into Group Legal in London. The position serves as the principal point of contact for secretarial matters, managing compliance calendars, drafting corporate documentation, and coordinating with external advisers and local providers. It also supports live M&A, financing, and governance workstreams while maintaining accurate entity records and group structure charts.
