Compass Program Coordinator - Region 3 (Marion - DeSoto Counties)

The Compass Program Coordinator is a full-time, grant-funded position at Tallahassee State College supporting the Compass program in Department of Corrections Region 3 (Marion–DeSoto). The role is based onsite at a DOC institution in the region and partners with correctional and college staff to advance workforce development and student success initiatives. This position is focused on program coordination and oversight within a correctional education setting.
