Qualifications

- CCP Certification (Certified Compensation Professional) or Working Toward Certification
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Modeling)
- Solid Knowledge of Federal and State Wage and Hour Laws (FLSA)
