About this role

This role supports the Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager for Airbus's Singapore headquarters by managing operations, policies, and compliance for the local entity. The position involves executing salary reviews, administering benefits, and leading projects related to HR management systems and job evaluation. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert, coordinating with internal HR peers and external vendors to ensure statutory compliance and accurate reward implementations.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of global reward policies across all Airbus entities.
Execute annual salary increment cycles and performance bonus calculations.
Manage employee enrollment for medical, dental, and group insurance plans.
Update HR policies to maintain compliance with Singapore labor regulations.
