Compensation Consultant - Sales and Broad-based

As part of the Compensation and Recognition Center of Excellence at Highmark Health, this role designs, develops, and consults on sales and broad-based compensation programs for the company and assigned business units. The position evaluates and benchmarks current compensation programs to determine competitive position and uses strategic judgment and technical expertise to develop, execute, and communicate compensation programs and processes. The role partners with cross-functional teams and supports regulatory compliance while aligning compensation with business objectives.
