Competency Specialist

The Competency Specialist role focuses on strengthening the competence, compliance, and deployment readiness of signalling teams on a major rail infrastructure programme. The position ensures that personnel working on signalling systems are trained, assessed, authorized, and supported in line with approved methods, product requirements, and safety-critical standards. This role is responsible for establishing and sustaining the competence management framework for the OnCorr Signalling project.
