Competency & Training Manager

The Competency & Training Manager serves as the site's subject matter expert for workforce capability development, ensuring a highly skilled and future-ready workforce across the Burton & Birkenhead sites. This role is critical for supporting operational performance, quality excellence, and business growth by establishing a robust competency framework and creating an on-site Training School. The position involves strategic development, governance, and continuous improvement of all training and skills development activities to meet regulatory and business requirements.
